Refill Ammo and Painkillers: At the main menu, press and hold Left Trigger, Right Trigger, and both analog sticks, then quickly press White Button, Black Button, Black Button, White Button, White Button, Black Button. A message will appear saying the cheat menu is activated, which is located at the bottom of the menu screen. Enjoy!
Special Finale: If you play the game on dead on arrival, you get a special secret room in which you must kill several enemies and then you get to look at some pictures from the game and the people who made it
