Lik-Sang Gets New Management

Hong Kong, November 25, 2002 – Pacific Game Technology (holding) Ltd today announced that Lik-Sang.com, world leading online videogame accessories supplier, is officially launching with a new management team from this morning.

Current situation

As you have all noticed, the funding company (Lik Sang International Limited) behind Lik-Sang.com has been unable to recover from the court injunction back in September of 2002. After having been forced to put the web site down for one month, the company was still too severely hit to run business smoothly the past few weeks. Many emails have remained unanswered until now and most parcels could not be shipped for more than two months now. Now, the new team (Pacific Game) is working very hard to solve all problems, and to go back to the quality of service Lik-Sang.com has been famous for in the past. Most of the former Lik Sang people have joined the Pacific Game ship, along with some new valuable additions. A new Marketing Manager has joined us to work on expanding further the product lines you can surf through, and the Customer Support team is also growing to help us solve your technical issues even better, with a new team manager who just knows everything about getting problems fixed. Everybody here is looking forward to deliver you world class service again.

Customer support

Everybody who has sent an email to Lik Sang without getting an answer in the past four weeks will receive within the next 24 hours an email explaining them how to contact our support team to solve specific issues. Off course, we will offer assistance to all customers who are experiencing problems with an order made through Lik-Sang.com before Pacific Game official launch. This includes: assistance for warranties and repairs, for refunds of unshipped and paid orders, for technical questions, or just about anything else you might need us to do for you.

Pending and new orders

Due to the difficult situation with the court case, new orders didn't get processed in the past weeks. If you have an order in your shopping cart waiting for processing, you will now have the opportunity within the next 24-48 hours to confirm it and process it for payment or to simply cancel. Please check your mailbox tomorrow for detailed information. After going through the inventory, stock levels have been corrected in the database and shipping/stock status displayed online are now up-to-date. We are also re-stocking all missing products within this week to be able to satisfy just any demand. UPS, EMS Speedpost and Airmail are already available as shipping options, Global Priority and Fedex choices will also be ready within a few weeks.

Payments

Pacific Game is getting everything prepared for you to be able to pay for your orders and, this way, get them dispatched:

Our bank account in Hong Kong should be opened within one business week and allow you to pay by bank transfer.

To reduce transaction costs, more bank accounts will be opened within this month in many other countries, including United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Our international credit card merchant gateway is getting transferred to the new company. This might take a bit of time. Until then, if you are willing to pay using your credit card, we would suggest you to open a PayPal account that you can charge either with your credit card or your bank account afterwards. This way should help you place your order faster to make sure it reaches you on time for Christmas. Refunds of older orders

Reminder from Lik Sang International Limited last announcement: Lik Sang has been working very hard with the previous payment solution provider Worldpay Limited and finally all the past unshipped orders (in example orders containing Mod Chips and Flash Linker products) will be refunded right away. Please do understand that this might take up to one full business week, therefore we do suggest not to immediately contact Lik-Sang.com or Worldpay regarding a refund. Customers will receive an email notification once a refund is issued.

Future expansion

Pacific Game will not only continue to ride down the successful road Lik-Sang.com has been following so far but will also lead the community towards new directions. The existing and future customers will take advantage of the long established Pacific Game branch in China, to improve sourcing channels and price point.
