Babel spreads the ECTS word

Outsourcing games specialists Babel's production department has produced a viral campaign for CMP, the events organiser behind this week's ECTS exhibition at Earl's Court.
Users can log into a dedicated URL (www.ects.com/viral) and see a promotional animation encouraging people to attend the exhibition. The animation uses a collection of images to remind users of events in their life that they would rather forget - such as their first girlfriend and first office Christmas party.
"We are delighted to support any UK company that raises the profile of the games industry in this country. CMP is doing a great job and we're confident that this week's event will be a huge success," said Ben Wibberley, Business Development Director at Babel.
The campaign follows recent coups for the Babel design team. In recent months, the department has produced TV commercials for best-selling PC games, Neverwinter Nights and Civilization 3. The team has also been widely praised for building and designing the Stuntman website.
