Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance

Yes, it's true, the Mortal Kombat series is back with this stunning new Mortal Kombat game. As you know, Mortal Kombat is one of the most successful fighting games in history and this game right here just keeps the history roling smoothly along with the highly upgraded graphics, with help from the Xbox, great gameplay, awesome replay value, good sound, and most importantly of all it's fun!
Gameplay: This fighting game is great with the type of gameplay it has. It is a fast moving game with a lot of things you can do. It is just so amazing how fast and beautifully played this game is, as fast as it is there is hardly any slow down in the game. There is also another part of the gameplay that makes the game rather interesting, instead of having one stance of fighting you have 3 to choose from with different moves in each stance. Each stance serves as a different way to attack and defend yourself so you must choose your stance carefully because certain stances can leave yourself open for attack and others are weak in the offensive and I think that's what makes it fun, a good ol' challenge!
Graphics: Gorgeous! Midway Games sure did know how to pack a full package punch with the graphics for this Xbox Mortal Kombat game. It's beautifully textured, looks real, and overall it just looks plainly cool!
Controls: This really isn't a button mashing game. You can't just keep hitting buttons and hope to come out on top, unless your playing a friend that isn't that good at games, because this is a game where you can just do combos or single kicks and punches. You can't just keep smashing buttons, you have to hit the correct buttons to get the correct move or combo. The controls are not really easy and not really hard, but it's all worth it because you can always pause the game and look at your move scroll list to see the list of the moves and the buttons you have to hit to do them.
Replay: With the graphics and the cool moves, the replay value on this game is absolutely perfect. It's absolutely stunning and will take your breathe away!
Sound: Good sound, I can live with the sound it puts out. It's not like the best type of music, but what game actually has like awesome music, besides those games that we can rip music to. But, the music really does fit the game well and it was the right choices of music for the game. Also, the sound for the punching and kicking of the characters is like any other fighting game, Pow! Thump! Whomp! ect.... if you've played a fighting game the sound still sounds familiar to those.
Overall Presentation:
